How many of you ever read about Basilisk II and Sheepshaver? For those that don't know, they are both Macintosh emulators offering a nice frame rate of 60. Both emulators require a certain ROM. Basilisk II needs a 68K rom while SheepShaver requires a PowerMac rom. These ROM's are meant for the systems/BIOS, not for video game cartridges. Neither of them support re-recording or speed adjustments right now, but years of programming can do the trick. Video-wise, if anyone wants to record video shots of this emulator, they will need to use SnagIt and have its region point directly at the emulator window. What do you all think about these two emulators and would it ever benefit TAS-ing through Mac games in the long run? I'm curious to the core.
