Hey guys, I really want to make a tapper speedrun. Problem is, FBA doesn't seem to support its hardware. What is the state of mame re-recording? Are mame movies accepted?... The FAQ tells me that they're not. The wiki page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tapper Tells me that it is available on the following systems: Arcade, Atari 2600, Atari 8-bit, ColecoVision, Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, BBC Micro, PC, Mobile phone, Xbox 360 Do we allow movies from any of these? What do you guys think? -reiki

First off, I love Tapper. In fact, I have the actual arcade machine. However, its not an advisable choice for creating a TAS. First and foremost, there is no official end. While boards get progressively 'harder,' The difficulty maxes at approximately round 12-15. There are a total of 256 'boards' before the game overflows and sends you back to round 1. If you are interested in TASing it for your own sake, unfortunately you are out of luck. The mentioned systems have yet to have an emulator provided for them.
Sage advice from a friend of Jim: So put your tinfoil hat back in the closet, open your eyes to the truth, and realize that the government is in fact causing austismal cancer with it's 9/11 fluoride vaccinations of your water supply.

Won't FBA emulate it?
