Here's your hints. Open ZSNES v1.51c. Load game. Immediately save PNG. Dither the image and lower amount of colors allowed so black is truly black. Use PNG tools to recompress the image as much as possible. Upload to imageshack, post on forum. There should be nothing suspicious about it.

I think the original poster meant "screen capture" or "screenshot" rather than "caption"? A caption is a piece of text, usually below an image (eg. on newspaper articles) or other contexts (eg. so-called closed captions). Maybe the title of the thread (and the original post) could be changed to avoid confusion?
