this may be a stupid question but... ... ... How do i watch movies with a .fcm extension? I went to the emulator resources and found that a "FCE Ultra" emulator uses fcm, so I downloaded the emulator but it won't load the file. for example http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/736/Rockman%203%20-%20megaman%20going%20crazy.fcm

Load the ROM, then the .fcm using "Replay Movie."

Yes, you need a copy of the ROM to watch an fcm file. However, there are encoded movies for almost all fcms on the main site, so you have the option of downloading or watching from a streaming site. If you are trying to view something on the forum, and don't want to download the ROM for legal reasons, you can ask for an encode.
