I was going to download Pokémon Battle Revolution sometime in the future, but my antivirus program detected a Trojan program in Pokésav. I won't make a project for the 4th generation in Pokémon. Anyway, I can still do a project for the 3rd generation with Ciro's Pokémon Maker. I hope that program doesn't fall victim to a Trojan program like in Pokésav. For the generations 1 and 2, I use a GameShark.

Well, if you want to be certain it's a virus (and not a false positive), run the file though this site: http://www.virustotal.com/

Sir VG, that'll just tell him that it's a virus again if it's a false positive. :P

It may be just whatever antivirus program he's using saying it's such. That site runs it though MULTIPLE (41 I believe) scanners, which will give a much better indication. Edit: I scanned several versions though the site. I got all of my downloads from Pokestation. File name: Pokesav_C_HGSS_ENG_PSN.zip Result: 2/ 42 (4.8%) Listing File name: pokesav_compact_en.zip Result: 2/ 42 (4.8%) Listing File name: Pokesav_Compact_PLAT_v0.06e_-_ENG_-_PSN.zip Result: 4/ 41 (9.8%) Listing File name: pokesav_en.zip Result: 4/ 42 (9.5%) Listing File name: Pokesav_HGSS_ENG_PSN.zip Result: 2/ 42 (4.8%) Listing File name: pokesavplat_en.zip Result: 5/ 42 (11.9%) Listing Given almost all of the positives were by really obscure antivirus programs I've never heard of, and the vast majority of them said it was fine, then I'm very likely to believe the results are false positives. I just noticed one by Kaspersky, but even that still seems a bit iffy. But just like with anything else on the net, use at your own risk. P.S. from ProjectPokemon:
Can Pokemon created with Pokesav be used online? Yes. However, the GTS and Pokemon Battle Revolution have built-in hack detectors. All Pokemon with reasonably legal stats should be able to pass Nintendo's hack checks, however.

I would recommend buying the game as opposed to downloading.
