Here is a updated program i wrote that finds the offset of a specific frame number for hex editing.This updated version uses a windows GUI and is overall more user friendly then my last. Note: you must have microsoft .net 4.0 installed

Does this just do something like offset = hex(1024 + 3*frameno) ?
Measure once. Cut twice.

Frame number multiplied by 4, plus 1024 > hex.
