A file called disksys.rom, crc32 5E607DCF, sha256 99c18490ed9002d9c6d999b9d8d15be5c051bdfa7cc7e73318053c9a994b0178.

Something on the file changes if I'm not wrong.

I thought that it was another BIOS becuase I put the disksys.rom that it works on FCEU & FCEUX, and when I want to open a .fds file (FDS ROM) it says "Unknown format type". Why it happens that?

I do not know what is the nature of the problem you are having, but what I used a 8192-byte BIOS file that begins with the following hexdump:

Does your disksys.rom file have those characteristics that Bisqwit posted? If not, then your dump of the BIOS is likely the problem. Note that the file also needs to be named disksys.rom.
