I took a ship to Figaro town and now can't return to the airship... Hi. I think i messed up, right after I got the Setzer airship, I enter a town (don't remember it name) and took a ship to Figaro town (that was being taken by the Empire force), and now I can't return to the airship, after trying everything I think I'm stuck in this place forever, not even Figaro castle is there, there is no way to get a ship from Figaro town to return since the Empire troops don't let you pass, so my question, what can I do? or Do I have to restart again from the beggining? Is there any hack that allow me to walk on water or something like that? Thanks in advance! Regards.

Perhaps codebreaker codes could get you out of this mess?

Even though funnyhair is right, from South Figaro you can go through mount koltz to the returner's HQ and jump back into lete river. Then you can walk back to Nikeah which I guess is where you parked.

Didn't you have to do it this way in order to get some dance with Mog? Can't recall, but I am a 99% sure I have done it the way Inzult suggests. Can't recall to a 100% since I haven't played through the game my self for many years now. Actually watched the TAS of the game a couple of days ago though. :)

That's correct. Taking any number of one-way paths in the World of Balance would require you to traverse the entire (long!) path just to get back to where you started, to get your airship again. And this path is required for teaching Mog Water Rondo (which is already useless on a TAS standpoint, even if it didn't take forever to get.) The GBA rerelease alleviates this problem with Water Rondo, by giving you a boss battle in World of Ruin that can teach it.
First a movie gets submitted, and ends up accepted despite breaking rules other runs have been rejected for. And when I vote less than spectacularly on this movie, I become the victim of harassment and threats. Yay, favoritism.
