1 frame improvement? With a run this tightly contested, that's still quite a feat. Yes vote, I guess.
Used to be a frequent submissions commenter. My new computer has had some issues running emulators, so I've been here more sporadically. Still haven't gotten around to actually TASing yet... I was going to improve Kid Dracula for GB. It seems I was beaten to it, though, with a recent awesome run by Hetfield90 and StarvinStruthers. (http://tasvideos.org/2928M.html.) Thanks to goofydylan8 for running Gargoyle's Quest 2 because I mentioned the game! (http://tasvideos.org/2001M.html) Thanks to feos and MESHUGGAH for taking up runs of Duck Tales 2 because of my old signature! Thanks also to Samsara for finishing a Treasure Master run. I liked the part where nothing was improved. Yes vote.
"Genuine self-esteem, however, consists not of causeless feelings, but of certain knowledge about yourself. It rests on the conviction that you — by your choices, effort and actions — have made yourself into the kind of person able to deal with reality. It is the conviction — based on the evidence of your own volitional functioning — that you are fundamentally able to succeed in life and, therefore, are deserving of that success." - Onkar Ghate

Nice to see that this is still being improved. 1 frame is quite a feat for this game now. Good work!

Can someone just post a screenshot of the frame that was skipped? That'd save quite a bit of bandwidth for everyone ;) Yes vote for the improvement (what else?), though it might be prudent to delay publication for a while to see if someone else shows up for the frame wars.

It seems that I started the second diving kick at the castle gate a bit too low and thus wasted the only earned frame with dashing when I was testing for the last time. It's a bit frustrating that both I and gstick failed to figure this out. However, it's nice to see someone finally pull it off. @Tub: I don't think there will be any further improvement. I'd say this is perfect, again.

When gstick's previous run came to Nikovideo, many Japanese became enthusiastic about Maxim for his outstanding movement and distinctive voices. Nice improvement to the run which seemed perfect to everyone. Yes vote! Looking forward to your next Maxim!

Why does the publication use a screenshot of a frame after the input ends?

It doesn't anymore. I've replaced it with a new one.

Really good replacement screenshot! It conveys an appropriate amount of WTF for this run.
