For me under Windows 7 it moves mouse courser to the left most icon in the System Tray which just so happens to be Steam.

I personally enjoy the context-sensitive context menus; not all menu options are applicable to all parts of a webpage (like "Save Image As..." doesn't make sense if you're not clicking an image).

Same, I find the lack of irrelevant options more helpful then having to actively ignore them. Though not having context sensitive menus lets you associate tooltips that can explain why the option isn't currently available...

You start quite a few paragraphs with "Now ......" It reads as if you are preaching, as opposed to informing. I find the rhetorical questions in ~3rd paragraph from the bottom to not add anything to the paper, and thus, useless. Try rephrasing to a statement. Overall, not too bad. I found it a boring read, but I am also not terribly interested in this stuff.
