Wow I have NO idea where to go to try to fix this, so I went to a forum I had a tab open on :P. My Youtube account seems to have lost the ability to reply to comments. Like... just my account. I've tried different browsers, computers and operating systems (hipster linux user). The only thing that seemed to work was to make a new account. I reported a bug to Youtube but nothing happened. I do not want to use a new username! It uses my real name! IT USES... MY... REAL... NAME! That's fucked up! I need my old account back. Why is this even a problem? Is the ability banned for me? Is it a glitch? I don't even know where to begin!
Update: Found this after typing in my query to google.com. "It's a bug on the video watch page. YouTube is aware of it. Go to the "all comments" page. The Reply option should function from there. If anyone else is having this problem, just do that."
Update2: Wow, Ok. The all comments page doesn't work either. Just a new account that my real name on it *cringes*. I cannot look! This is cruel and unusual punishment, google! Do something!
So let me get this straight, your all comments page and reply button doesn't work and your new account uses your real name but you don't want that? I honestly think you just have to go with it. Sorry.
My first yt account was carverjohnny6, and it used my real name and I wasn't ashamed.

If you don't want to use your second account (as it contains your real name), is there any issue with creating a third account? I don't see there being any issue there, unless you have a lot of videos or something on your first account.
(Also, if you know that it was a messed up idea to use your real name, then why did you do that in the first place?)

I might just do that if this doesn't start working soon, Mothrayas. The problem is I have about 30 subscriptions I'll need to re-sub if I decide to do it. Youtube has had a giant mess of problems within the past few months. I have to wonder if it's some sort of transition period, like a series of patches for a game... except the patches just create more problems. Although, I've been having this problem for about a week now.
