One of the greatest racing games for the SNES. Useful hints for TASing: Set 1 qualifying lap, minimal laps for the final. 3 laps in Group C (default) 4 laps in Formula 3000 and whatever minimal laps in Formula 1 For Group C and Formula 3000, settle for a Rank 2 engine. For Formula 1, don't equip the Rank 3, 5, or 7 engine. Upgrade just the engine Group C invest 4000 Formula 3000 invest 5500 Formula 1 invest 7200 The Rank 6 engine will be done by the time you reach Australia. Equip the Rank 8 engine for the second visit to Monaco. The Super engine will be available after the Rank 8 engine is done. It costs 100000, but it can only be used once. if used in qualifying, it can also be used in the final. Hold A while accelerating to go twice as fast. Use the turbo boosts in longest courses possible barring the first five courses Remember to use the same car you used from your first Formula 1 season By the time you're done with Group C, you'll have 50100 left over. By the time you're done with Formula 3000, you'll have 107500 left over. By the time you're done with Formula 1 season 1, you'll have 192100 left over. By the time you're done with 12 courses in Formula 1 season 2, you'll have enough money for the Super engine to be used 4 times. The end credits roll after you won in title defense. So end playback after you line yourself up to the finish line slowing down in front of an opponent in the final second season race in Australia. Once again, minimal laps, rank 2 engine, Formula 1 be even Steven, minimal costs, super engine for 100000, same car in F1, turbo boosts in 4 courses, win in title defense.

I discovered a trick while turning. 30Hz turbo works wonders. You don't skid while turning. It'll shorten your lap times. Sure you may not get the pole position with all Rank 1 parts, but using this technique will win you every race.
