Besides, clearly 2 TAS's takes more effort than one. Wait, you haven't even done one serious one to know.
I got that from the "What's heavier than an elephant in a jelly jar" joke. The last one I saw took 5 years of work, and I can see why!
If I could have a tool-assisted real life, I'd... Being a novice, I'd probably load the wrong state, have the IRS AI bankrupt me, and eventually make me want to kill myself and redo 11 years of hard work.

0_o Uh....I think the jokes loses it's humor if completely out of context.

This "joke" makes as much sense as your other joke about mario being a hippo.
My thoughts exactly.

What's out of context? Oh, and what would happen if Chuck Norris made a TAS? This website would explode.

This topic is a train wreck. I say we should re-load from the first post and try a different approach. Or maybe it's just a bad topic choice with no inherent entertainment value, and we should pick a different topic. Voted "meh".

Didn't find it entertaining for me. No vote.

The forum is too outdated a console for TASes to be entertaining on it. When are we going to see Wiki and Facebook TASes? They've been out for almost a decade now!

Can we verify these jokes on an actual console person?

I tried a few times but the joke desyncs at frame 600 (the person doesn't laugh subtly changing the subword values and desyncing the conversation flow)

Are you sure you chose the right emulator? You obviously used Famtasia, because it worked for me on FCEUX! Perhaps you used the wrong ROM filename. The right filename is "Average Person (Japan, USA, Europe).fds".

Meh, it was probably suboptimal anyways. I bet jwinslow has the most optimal joke.

Made no sense whatsoever.
So yea, how's it going? Currently TASing: Nothing

Nope. JWinSlow's joke crashed my brain when I attempted to run it.

My brain couldn't decide what to do, so it got locked up. Should I submit it?

That's clearly a hack, pirate, or fake. FDS images should be J only. Also, can we really expect an average Japanese person to laugh at what are likely American or British jokes?

You can try manipulating its memory to see if you can reprogram it.

What TASer? (hinting that the TASer clipped the ground and never showed up on the other side.)

how many re-records does it take to change a light bulb?

It depends on how frame-optimal you want it to be. In real life the closest thing to a frame would be one Planck time, or about 5×10−44s.

We should add sub-frame recording to the real-life emulator.

It wouldn't work.

Within the framework of the laws of physics as we understand them today, for times less than one Planck time apart, we can neither measure nor detect any change.
So if we add sub-frame recording, we won't be able to use RAM watch to see the manipulated values.

What did the hero from Shadowgate say when he opened his chistmas present? "Oh no, not another pair of glasses!" ...ok, that was a pretty bad one.
