Post your computer specs at least or it will be impossible for us to be able to give ideas to why it's running so slow for you.

A good start is to look at the System properties. Which you find by opening the Control Panel, and then choosing System. Type what it says under Processor and Memory, or if you're using Windows XP, write what it says under Computer on the General tab. Also, is it a stationary PC (tower) or a laptop?

Right click on Computer. Select Properties. The window that appears should tell you what processor you have and how much RAM you have.

If you're recording then it will probably be slow unless you have a beast processor and a decent graphics card. I just got a new laptop and I can't TAS at more than 10fps
