This article showcases a godplay of the classic game Snakes, about 2 minutes long, in which a russian player eats 100 pellets of food, causing the Snake to grow large enough to fill the entire screen. http://es.gizmodo.com/un-partida-perfecta-de-serpiente-472150126

From what I can glean from the article (my Spanish is not too good, and neither is the machine translation) the actual run took over 13 minutes real-time, and the gif on the site is a sped-up simulation of it. It doesn't appear to say if it was TAS'd or not, but since the fruits don't always appear in optimal positions, I'd have to guess that it was realtime. Also, "Snake" games are apparently associated with Finland for some reason? I have no idea...

The "Finland" part is referring to Nokia being the first mobile to bring up this game on the cellphone (Nokia 6110). The article points up (apart from what you've already said) that this was the starting point of videogames on cellphones

Not being optimal doesn't mean it isn't TASed. Look at the gruefood forum :)
