Ok so I open up Megamanx3 movie in snes9x or any other replay in snes9x, I watch it and it runs fine, but then after like 2-3 minutes it starts going all weird, for example in megaman x3 movie, he stands still and then goes into pause menu several times for no reason and then the boss kills him...Why does this happen? It happened in contra too, in the 2nd overview map they just go and loose all their life, and it's game over and nothing happens after that...

Its called desync and its either related to the settings used in snes9x or the wrong rom match. read the FAQ in this site.

It's not always the case. I'm currently working on an Earthbound run, and some people read it fine, while some others have a desync at a specific point. I even tried to send one of them my Snes9x settings (.reg file), and it didn't work either. And yes, the roms were the same. THAT'S a weird Snes9x bug.

Ok, so what should I do then? I tried the solutions in the FAQ but none of em' works...
