It is for Windows and Dreamcast.

A japanese 'wikia' for this game
The Windows-exclusive 99 floor dungeon 'Urajiro Sashima' (
http://asuka.lsx3.net/?%CE%A2%C7%F2%BC%D8%C5%E7 ) has some interesting TASes. The former for its wide variety of techniques and the latter for being broken. We'll get to that ;)
First:

This TAS stays at level 1 the entire dungeon and uses a wide variety of techniques to move around the level and escape from enemies.
RNG manipulation is possible by waiting turns and by moving in a different way, and there are many close calls.
The main technique for getting around is the Pakorepukin Bracelet (based on this monster:
http://asuka.lsx3.net/?%A5%E2%A5%F3%A5%B9%A5%BF%A1%BC#pakorepu ). It allows you to float over liquid and also pass through walls, but you lose 1 hp whenever you end a turn in a wall. By taking it off in a wall, you are warped to a random tile.
Other things commonly used are:
-Warp traps/trapdoor traps
-Pot of Recovery (to restore HP)
-Staff of Decoy (monsters would rather attack the monster that has been turned into your decoy than you)
-Staff of Swap
-Staff of Paralysis
-Staff of Postpone (paralyzes + teleports to the stairs the monster)

Now here is the 'destroyed' TAS, saving a minute using a newly found bug called 'グラキャン' / 'Gurakyan'.
Before going into the dungeon this bug is performed. It persists until you restart the game. Some properties of the state in this miniature dungeon are held over into the real dungeon. I don't understand exactly how it works, but:
-The first item used is Electric box of ケンゴウ (Swordsman):
http://asuka.lsx3.net/?%A5%A8%A5%EC%A5%AD%C8%A2#kengou
-The scrolls used are Big Room, Sleep and Traps.
And the notable effects are:
-Some animations are shortened/removed.
-The biggest one of all: A Bigroom Monster House will typically have enemies start out in inactive state.
By doing Gurakyan in this specific way, the game will make EVERY Monster House start out in inactive state!!
Now he proceeds to the main dungeon and abuses the hell out of the shop by first putting items into a Pot (Jar of Change) that randomly transmutes them to other items. RNG manipulation is explicit.
He gets a Scroll of Monster House, a Scroll of Crisis (already blessed?), a Scroll of Traps, a Pot (Vase of Blessing) that blesses items placed into them, a Rice Ball, a Bracelet of 'Thieves' / 盗賊 (Does anyone know what this bracelet does? I can't find it in the wikia).
The rice ball and two unblessed scrolls are placed in the Vase of Blessing and broken out.
Blessed has a different effect on each item, and I think the effects are the same as in this game:
http://shiren.wikifoundry.com/page/Shiren+2+Cursed+vs+Blessed
For scrolls, it means they won't disappear after using, but there's a chance they will lose Blessed status. Of course, this is a TAS, so it never disappears!
Item descriptions:
-Scroll of Traps (creates lots of traps in the room you're in, including trap doors)
-Scroll of Crisis (has useful effects when you're in bad situations - kind of like Nethack prayer. Paralyzes enemies if 2 or more are next to you and satisfies your hunger if at 0 for example)
-Scroll of Monster House (creates a monster house on the floor, and if it wasn't in the room you're in, teleports you to it. And because of the Gurakyan glitch, monster house enemies are unfairly (to them) inactive!)
As you can see from the very first use - the shopkeepers' attempt to prevent you from escaping by guarding the level is useless, because you Monster House - warp to the room with the stairs, and all the enemies created in it due to Gurakyan glitch, including shopkeeper guards. Most levels are solved like this. Ezpz!
