2002 Final rematch. I'll be rooting for the same team as I did 12 years ago.

I am having a hard time containing my joy. Brasil's defense has been abysmal. The goals haven't even been exceptional. Congrats to Klose scoring his record 16th.

Yeah, we've only had the first half yet, but wow Brazil was getting smacked senseless in that first half. Their defense was quite poor, but Germany also just looks to do everything exactly right; I've only seen fairly few slip-ups in their game. 5-0 within 30 minutes of play, of which 4 goals were made within a span of 6 minutes - that's absolutely crazy. Germany is pretty much certain of a spot in the final now, but whoever between the Netherlands and Argentina will have to face them, would definitely have to fear them if they are going to keep this level of play up into the final.

So this is actually real?
Current project: Gex 3 any% Paused: Gex 64 any% There are no N64 emulators. Just SM64 emulators with hacky support for all the other games.

I like how different this semifinal was compared to the other one. This was a really close match, both sides were very even in play, and momentum kept shifting around between the two teams. Very good and tense game. A shame the Dutch team lost on penalties to Argentina, but oh well. Our team played great, but the Argentinian team played great as well, and the match could've ended either way. It just didn't roll our way this time around. Still looking forward to the finals - rooting for Germany to take the win now.

I'm betting on a German victory. Germany's record in World Cups is as follows: - 3 times champions - 4 times runners-up - 4 times third place A win here will align the stars and the world will unite in peace and posperity for all. Furthermore, their demolishment of Brazil in the semi-finals, along with Klose becoming the all-time World Cup goalscorer, you can't help but feel they've got everything going for them. Except for the fact that they are playing in South America, and all previous World Cups held in South America have been won by South Americans. However, there's a first for everything, right? Anyone wanna bet against me? If Argentina wins you get to be featured in my sig for the next four years. Who knows if TASVideos will even be around by then. We hope so.

The only people rooting against Germany in the final are Argentinians (duh), Brazilians (out of spite), and Spaniards (who have failed to realize that there are teams other than Barca). I hope Germany rolls all sorts of hard.

A lot (if not most) Brazilians are actually rooting against Argentina because of the long time rivalry. I'm actually cheering for Germany, I didn't mind the historical defeat that much, I personally had more feelings for Costa Rica and Netherlands defeat. I both want Argentina to lose because of that rivalry, and because I want CR7 to get the golden ball again and not Messi.

I'm rooting for Germany but I know that a lot of French people are gonna root for Argentina because of the traumatism of the 1982 France-Germany match.
I problably made mistakes, sorry for my bad English, I'm French :v

I picked Germany to win the tournament after seeing Dortmund and Bayern get the UCL final last year, and I intend to stick with that pick.

Argentina are not a one man team. They may not be a complete team in the sense that Germany are, but they're about as close as you can get.

Third place, not a bad result. Also nice in that, since elimination games decided by penalties are officially counted as a draw, that the Netherlands technically didn't lose a single game out of the 7 games played. That is definitely not a bad result for the Dutch team to come home with.
