I need some help with file conversion. I am using Mupen64 and I dont know how to convert the files to AVI or MP4. Thanks!

Mupen64 can make an AVI out of your movie file with Tools>Utilities>Start AVI Capture. You can then select a codec to encode with and play back your movie file. When you want to stop capturing, go to Tools>Utilities>Stop AVI Capture and you will have an AVI of your movie file.

All emulators we use here allow you to make a video from your movie file. The exact option in the menu to encode your video differs between emulators, but it will usually contain the word "AVI". For instance, in FCEUX, it's File>AVI/Wav>Record AVI, and in VisualBoyAdvance, it's Tools>Start AVI Recording. It should be fairly easy to find.
