When voting for a TAS, do so because you feel it was really good for its category, not because you just happen to like it generally, even though it didn't really excel in the category in question.
When voting for a person, do so because you feel the person did well in the category in question, not because you feel they did well in some unrelated category or because the person is your friend.
Bottom line, vote by selecting every option you feel deserves this award in question. Refrain from selecting an option to something you feel is undeserving for the award in question.
