The piece is simple really, nothing very tricky involved. But I suppose he wasn't trying to play seriously in the first place, he was just fooling around with it while his buddy filmed him.

I have played the piano my whole life. I took lessons for 9 years. I say he is a good player.

as have I, even composed. I didn't say he was bad, because like I said I realize that he wasn't being serious.
