Apparently, because GitHub is a thing, Google is pulling the plug on Google Code entirely. This is rather important as Bizhawk's SVN repo is currently on Google Code. No new projects can be made anymore, repos and projects will be frozen on August 24th, and the entire thing will be deleted on January 26th, 2016. So where will Bizhawk be moving to? I know there's a SourceForge project for releases (and there's an importing tool here), GitHub is a popular place (and there's an importing tool here but it's currently being hammered), and I keep forgetting that BitBucket exists. Also, Google provided some general stand-alone tools for migration here.
