Hi guys! I've started working on this game, and would like to see if people were interested. This is my first real TAS that I really want to finish it. I will try to post a WIP later today. Someone started working on the DS version of this game in 2012, but he didn't post any updates since then. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=An91rIZIv3A

I keep meaning to see this movie... I'd be interested in seeing your run. I remember that DS version WIP and thought it looked pretty cool, so I'm sure the Wii one would too.

I spent almost all of last night trying to encode my WIP, but I just couldn't do it.. I will retry later today when I get home from work.

Video says its Nintendo DS, should this topic be moved to the correct category or is there an actual video of Ralph on the Wii? Just encode it without sound if that is the issue you are having, we can deal with sound later once its done.

Here it is, first test. The game looks very similar to the DS version, only thing is that changing characters is slower. Link to video EDIT: I will restart this to optimize, this was basicly just a test.

ds version looks better becuz of the character switching but good luck
I want all good TAS inside TASvideos, it's my motto. TAS i'm interested: Megaman series, specially the RPGs! Where is the mmbn1 all chips TAS we deserve? Where is the Command Mission TAS? i'm slowly moving away from TASing fighting games for speed, maybe it's time to start finding some entertainment value in TASing.

Already looks more optimized than the DS run, good work. When you redo it, try to kill or avoid those dragonflies at the end. If you can jump onto the ledge instead of climbing, they might not reach you in time to damage you.

Never have seen this game before. Anyway, it looks pretty crazy and fun. Waiting forward for more if you'd continue. Anyway, is there a way to kill enemies? Just thinking about the hit you got near the end.

But alternatively, the game looks like crap. So I think the tradeoff is fine.
effort on the first draft means less effort on any draft thereafter - some loser
