Hello ! Here are Wonderland and Halloween Town Link to video
Nothing interesting about Room Synthesises (it's still the same principle of finding the good frame). Trickmaster : 841 HP : He attacked quickly so getting Berserk was fast. Unfortunately, I had to reload for one attack (I tried to use Mickey but it was really slow). Oogie Boogie : 890 HP : Because the game gives a lot of cards, spamming the 2 first attacks of a combo is faster for this battle. Lexaeus : 1680 HP : A hard boss to optimize... At the beginning, I had to find the good position to survive the attack (with only 1 remaining HP). Dark Mode is quickly activated. Then, it's the hard part : finding the good frame for each attack to avoid as much cardbreaks as possible. Unfortunately, due to a lack of 0 cards, I had to use Mickey to break a sleight and I also had to let the Nobody do an attack.
As always, do you see any improvements ? I'm encoding a video with all worlds until Lexaeus ;)

As for lexaues(sorry if that's spelled wrong), maybe you should use sleights. Just to avoid card breaks. Card breaks shouldn't be happening with tas. Riku is real fast, so there shouldn't be any issue with card breaks.

The first try (must see if I can optimize it) is already faster... Thank you! This probably comes from the physical resistance of Lexaeus. He isn't weak at one thing : special attacks... So, are Dark Firaga and Dark Aura special attacks ?

Lexaeus is weak against Dark attacks, or at least Dark Firaga and Aura. Those attacks can get pretty laggy and IIRC don't benefit form berserk, but they might be faster than the damage output you had. I think 3 dark auras gets really close to killing him with good RNG on the Aura hits. Defeintely test both of those. The rest of the segment is awesome

Okay, my message from yesterday has disappeared... So, here is Lexaeus! Link to video 476 frames are saved in this version. Lexaeus is really weak against Dark Aura indeed. Actually, spamming (with frame perfect timing) double jump attack is still a bit faster (according to the different battles I did to find the good balance between sleights and simple attacks) but the Nobody can break them too easily (that's why there are 3 Dark Firaga at the end). Thanks, InfamousKnight! Can you see other improvements ?

Looks good. Both Auras perfect hits, whacking him with your physicals during his reload, using the deck optimally, and not reloading yourself? Yeah, just clean the rest of this run up.

ARGH! I just saw I did a menuing error in Atlantica : I used a 7 on the very last door instead of a 6... So, it's highly probable that Halloween must be done again (and also Lexaeus...). As promised (and even if there are now mistakes) : Link to video (theoretically, you should have 60fps).

What are your remaining map cards? Maybe we can find a combination that works?

My remaining cards (at the beginning of Destiny Islands) :
    Tranquil 2, 6 Teeming 2, 6, 1x7, 2x8 Feeble 3x1 Sleeping 3x2, 3x3, 3x4, 3x5, 3x6 (I should have 2x6 and 1x7) Strong Initiative 7 Lasting Daze 9 Moment's Reprieve 1 Mingling Worlds 8
I would need a 7+ or a 0 but I can't use any of them because there are strictly needed : Strong 7 for Destiny Islands, all 7, 8, 9 for Traverse Town or Castle Oblivion. I don't have any other solutions than doing Wonderland and Halloween again (except if, with some luck, there isn't any change in RNG). EDIT : YES! Ex-hediting the movie didn't change the RNG! So, everything's fine... For once, the RNG was really nice.

Wait, you edited the movie file at that frame in which you screwed up, and it didn't screw up the rest? Very nice! I wish it was always that easy..

When I did Atlantica, I decided to wait one frame to get a better room (smaller and faster)... And I needed one frame to pick the right card. This lead to a problem in Halloween Town (due of the presence of a 7 card) but it could be corrected by the same way. EDIT : And here are Destiny Islands Link to video After many tries, I think I got the most optimised Darkside's battle. It has 1127 HP. Riku can jump high enough to hit the head (it allows to hit it between its attacks). Can you see anything to improve ? ;)

It wouldn't be fast to get darkside? I don't think there's many other options. I don't know. I guess try to card break a little bit more until you get darkside.

*Dark Mode (Darkside is the Heartless' name ;) ) I've just re-done the test and I can say that no. If there weren't this long animation of Riku changing clothes, that may be faster. I'm not sure because we can't do real aerial combo while on Dark Mode (I mean, when you have to jump to reach the target).

With dark mode you can double jump attack his head from any position, but whether or not you can milk that harder than this segment, I'm unsure. You have to sit through the dark mode animation, and break an extra two cards, which is inconvenient. You don't really have any dead air with this strategy either, you're hitting darkside every chance you get. I say if you've tested double jump attacking and it's slower, this is fine, otherwise check it.

I tried again today and it's definitely longer : my fastest version with DM is around 250 frames longer than this version. And I can be more precise than my previous comment : if there weren't the animation, it wouldn't be faster : the animation is around (because there might be frames of lag) 150 frames. The problem is that, for a TAS (a human can't reach such speed, so it doesn't matter to use DM or not), the double jump attack doesn't hit enough the head (less than "ground boss"). Also, it's really hard (impossible for some animations) to maximise damage : you need to be very close of the ground after the double jump to deal as much damage as possible... But it doesn't go high enough to reach the head or auto-lock prefers the hand. I've tried many possibilities to get DM and no one is faster, I'm afraid ;). EDIT : Here is Twilight Town. Link to video I didn't make combo to manipulate Riku Replica (1680 HP). Berserk and Dark Mode are got almost at the same time. After that, it's just spamming double jump attack. There is a cardbreak but I couldn't avoid it whatever I tried (even with a different RNG, there is still one). Unfortunately, I miss a little more than 1000 EXP to reach level 40, so final AP is 16 (which is already a lot more powerful than 10). EDIT 2 : Here is a better version Link to video I suddenly realised I didn't try to use an other card to avoid the cardbreak (in fact, a 0 card). Thanks, InfamousKnight for your first idea! Frames saved : 110

Yeah, your problem with Darkside is exactly the one I anticipated, sounds good to me. That next segment is also fantastic. Let's clean her up and finish strong!

In this case, let me introduce Ansem. Link to video This is the shortest world of this TAS. Ansem has 2240 HP. His only weakness is physical attack. Sleights (Dark Aura and Firaga) are totally useless against him. So, Dark Mode, Berserk and double jump attacks kill him really fast. I tried a lot of possibilities (including a different RNG) and all of them lead into a cardbreak made by Ansem (and this is not acceptable), except this one where I used a 9 card to cardbreak his 9 card (of course, there is no counter-attack). This is the fastest way I found. Do you see any improvements/ideas ?

I got an idea, SUBMIT this! I highly doubt there's any faster options for Ansem. Riku mode doesn't have much to offer. No stronger weapon, just levelup's, no shopping, no card routing, not a whole lot of variety. If there's anything that can be improved, it would just be unnoticeable and not very different from the rest. I suspect this to go under vault. If I was a judge, I would do that. But yeah, not many options bro.

Yeah, solid and clean stuff going on here. Congrats again! This TAS was a lot easier to manage than the last one was, but still very impressive. What time do we clock in at?

Ghostwheel : Thanks! The time is 00:47:48.025. And thank you for your help! grassini : Thanks! InfamousKnight : Yeah, that's a great idea. Btw, how should I submit this movie ? I mean, should I say the name is "Kingdom Hearts:Chain of Memories Reverse/Rebirth" or, as khleaderboards, that Reverse/Rebirth is the branch name ?

"Reverse/Rebirth" would be the branch name, not part of the game name.
