I have been really busy with school, much more than i imagined (it would have been better to start this at the beginning of summer when i had 80+ hours of free time a week, rather than now when i have 20), and i will try to get another task up this week (no promises about anything though). sorry. =)

Y'know, I wish there were more competitions like these. Well, we have the Dream Team contest, but that doesn't count. Anybody up for a new contest?

I would like a revival of this. Maybe with shorter tasks, and maybe in a different format: How about giving people like 10 tasks and give them time until the end of year to complete them? Just throwing this out there. I'm thinking if I should host a competition like that.

I think I will not do it if there is a lack of interest

This sounds like a great idea. I don't really have the time to TAS at the moment, but I already got some interesting ideas for goals.
Current project: Gex 3 any% Paused: Gex 64 any% There are no N64 emulators. Just SM64 emulators with hacky support for all the other games.

One very non game specific tas competition can be like this: 1-the console used to do the competition is selected before competition start 1.1-everyone will do the same console 2-users have 20 minutes 3-they try to multitas as much games as possible on the selected console using those 20 minutes 3.1-If you restart a game after you beat it, this game is not counted. 4-guy tell what games his tas beaten 5-the one that beat most games with his multitas win. If the console have an ultra low amount of games, instead the of the 20 minutes, the idea would be to see who beat all console games faster with a single tas input.
