1/ how can enable controller 2 for GameCube? 2/ in default it haven't enable controller 2. So, how about if I make TAS with controller 2? (speed optimize reason) What need I do?

You seemed to have started a game before configuring your controllers. Stop the game and you should be able to add more controllers. For the TAS Input, when you enable a secondary and more controllers, more Controller boxes will appear for each controller for the TAS.
