Post subject: Bizhawk v1.3 Prequisite Installer won't work: What to do?

I tried using the installer. The green bar filled up all the way, but I still got these two error messages when trying to open up Bizhawk 11.5.6... Does anyone know what might be happening?

GRAARRGH! I got a "server execution failure" error! Does anyone know what that might mean? If it helps, it gave me this error code... 0x80080005 - Server execution failed
