Now that I look at it, roulette is probably faster. I've played black jack (non-tas) so much I always ignore the other games.

Alright. I would recommend cancelling the submission and working on an optimized version, perhaps posting your work to userfiles before the next submission. Oh, and welcome to the site!

NEVER submit without studying the game a lot and showing people your work first,to make sure it's actually optimized.
I want all good TAS inside TASvideos, it's my motto. TAS i'm interested: Megaman series, specially the RPGs! Where is the mmbn1 all chips TAS we deserve? Where is the Command Mission TAS? i'm slowly moving away from TASing fighting games for speed, maybe it's time to start finding some entertainment value in TASing.
