I tested this game it seems to work very well in the Windows 7,for a race Spear of Destiny,I was thinking of a 100% TAS,treasures, enemies and secret passages without losing entertainment. and WolfenDoom But I have another problem, hourglass freezes after some time without even using savestate. Example, frames stop running and I have to use task manager. That never happened on my old PC, who was also windows 7.

If the ports are different, both will be publishable.
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.

Hourglass r81 is most compatible with Windows XP actually, you could try running Wolfenstein on an XP system or Virtual Machine and see if it works better. You can now also try the game on the interim build of Hourglass Resurrection, which just came out yesterday. You won't be able to submit a run using that one though, at least not yet.
