If you guys remember SonyEricsson K500i and it’s built-in application MusicDJ™, you will probably find this track quite familiar. Made it back in 2004. Was surprised to find it in my backups.

Wow, I never knew this thread existed! I've been playing piano and working with analogue synthesis and live composition for a long time now and haven't really had anyone to share with. Regardless, I'm fairly proud of this re-arrangement since I wrote all of the MIDI by ear. https://soundcloud.com/playinpixels/noisia-arcade-machine-live Here's the original for comparison https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJiUgxxgz6k

Not bad, though I feel like with the pitch bend-y craziness of the original, you missed an opportunity to translate that brimming energy into something an orchestral arrange might do. Keep it up! Here's another from me, this time a collab with Count+Step: Link to video

I actually meant to post this a bit ago but forgot about it. I've been playing piano and drums for most of my life but recently I took up learning electric bass (I want to eventually learn - read: afford - an upright one day). This track has the first live bass pattern I wrote and I'm fairly happy with it. I wanted to write something short that would get me used to moving across all of the strings in a smooth walking fashion. Fun to play but good as a warm up. https://soundcloud.com/playinpixels/melisma-will-be-the-death-of-me

Cool riff! Reminds me the atmosphere of Samorost.

So, uh. I got drunk last night and ended up remixing a song from a cartoon I watched as a kid. https://soundcloud.com/playinpixels/john-palmer-the-bunyip-cerq-remix

Not related to traditional musical skills that much since most of this material is generated... but I recently put together an album of "glitch music". https://akheon.bandcamp.com/releases

Oh hi guys I'm back! This thread is old, I posted my first piano thing here nearly 6 years ago when I had just uploaded it! It's at about 120k view now, not too shabby if I say so myself. Anyway, made a new thing today for the first time in a few years: Link to video

Link to video Spring Festival Suite (春节序曲) is a well-known Chinese orchestral work composed by Li Huanzhi (李焕之). In this video, I perform parts of the music with bare hands - a unique musical instrument which I call "Hand-Accordion". What you hear is the real sound as recorded. No audio dubbing or processing except denoising. The notes are extremely hard to control, so please be easy on my mistakes. Thank you.
Recent projects: SMB warpless TAS (2018), SMB warpless walkathon (2019), SMB something never done before (2019), Extra Mario Bros. (best ending) (2020).

Didn't know there was a thread for this sort of thing; I've been recording Nintendo arrangements for a good while now on my YouTube channel. I've also recently been putting a few random old things on SoundCloud, but I don't have much there yet.
