Post subject: Can not move crosshair on Toy STory 2

I want to TAS this game but the crosshair that appears in first person mode refuses to move not matter what. Can someone help me out. I am using a keyboard if that helps
TAS plans (if I feel like TASing): Ninja Crusaders 1-player. Toy Story 2 any% (maybe if can I fix crosshair not moving) Paper Mario 3D Land (if I fix the inputs not working problem) Quint's Revenge (see PM3DL) Mega Man 10 Proto man easy

It would help greatly if you told people what you're using as an emulator. You could use your keyboard for that.

I found out some time ago that console has way less slowdown then on Bizhawk, so when I TAS this it will be on PS1 so question need not to be answered
