Game objectives:
  • Luck manipulation
  • Uses hardest difficulty
  • Aims for fastest time
  • Non-Flawless Runs are ignored (in order for Fastest Matches Occurred)
Tricks used:
  • Make Opponents run towards Scorpion each Round: I use Control input before A "Fight" Each "Round" To make Opponets Run Towards Scorpion. This what it need's in order to make a World Record.
  • Control AI: When Opponent's Runs Towards Scorpion I Repetedly use Neutral High Punch (Ground) & slow the punches down a bit but don't stop to give Opponent's time to Sweep Kick (1 Frame each) & they get hit back up again Fast get's stuck each time it repeats.
  • Each Match Ends at the Fastest Time: All Matches Ends at 96 (3 Sec) for Regular Characters & 92 (7 Sec) For Two Bosses.
  • Fast Selections: Make sure that all selections are scrolled towards & selected at the fastest yet.

This's is a 1:08 Min's improvement of The old run (saomoore94 run) no entertaiment used.

Your first account is still limited, and judging from the submission text I can already see a huge number of problems with this submission as well. Using your original account, assuming you still have access to it, please keep runs to the forums until you have proven that you are capable of submitting high quality, publishable runs. We will lift the limitations then. As for this account, we'll have to disable it unless you have completely lost access to your original... But of course, we'll have to limit this one in turn.

Yo saomoore94, what's up? Creating a new account and everything, whilst you're still a Limited User. Anyways. You used a you used a bad ROM. But you did do one thing right. You used the correct version of Snes9x... Too bad you're still limited, so this is going to be has been rejected. How about you show us what you can do by uploading to your userfiles instead of creating an alt.

Yep, clear attempt to get around the limited user restriction by creating an alternate account. This account is now banned. Per the site rules, users are not permitted to register more than one account. saomoore94, if you're seen using another alternate account to circumvent your restriction, I'll ban your main account as well, plus any alternates. If you still want to submit a run, post it to userfiles and post it in the respective game topic on the forum. If you can prove yourself to be able to make publishable quality movies, you may regain access to submitting movies.

banned user,if you're seeing this,start with an easier game with less options like streetfighter 1,mortal kombat1 or fatal fury 1,any other games are really hard to optimize and please go to the forums to show your work and ask for help.
TAS i'm interested: megaman series: mmbn1 all chips, mmx3 any% psx glitched fighting games with speed goals in general
