Do you have control of what picture you can put in a video of your TAS before it starts? If you don't know what I'm talking about its the screen that shows the URL for this site. Sorry if it's a stupid question.

That picture (encoder logo) is added there by the encoder of the video. If you encode your own TAS to video, you can put whatever you want in there. If you want it to be used for site publication links or TASVideosChannel, it should conform to publication standards, and your logo should be approved by a senior publisher.
