I used the emulator FCEUX 2.1.4a.
The only emulator setting that I have changed from the original download is the frame counter, the lag counter, and the controller for player 1 showing the inputs i make in the bottom left corner.
I did not change any major settings in the emulator that would mess with the gameplay my movie does not need setup and there is not a save feature so no verification movie is necessary.
There are no warps or passwords in this game The run did not abuse any glitches or programming errors and I honestly do not believe that there are any glitches in this game.
The priority of the run was to complete all eight levels of the game from both the mini games (Letter-go-round and Ernie's Big Splash)to completion.
Beating this game one hundred percent means that you must complete the 5 levels from letter go round until Ernie, Bert, or Big Bird Begins to dance on the screen and then the three Ernie's Big Splash Levels.
The aim of this movie is fastest possible time given that there is not score and there are no items to collect.
You cannot die in this game and you do not control any characters at the end of each letter-go-round level Big Bird, Ernie, or Bert will appear on screen.
Once the letters at the bottom disappear and they arrive on the screen you can exit the level and move on to the next.
When I completed the last level of Letter-go-round I reset the game to save time once you click start after the reset you move on to Ernie's big splash where you are given various pieces and you must make a path that guides Ernie's Rubber Duck through a random sesame street characters and then to Ernie's bath (time is when Ernie Touches the rubber duck on the 3rd level of the mini game).
The game itself is a children's game with the characters from sesame street focused around the idea of spelling.
In the first mini game, Letter-go-round, you are given a word or a letter and you must pick the correct letter being spun on the wheel.
The making of the movie was not difficult but it took more time than I believed it would take.
I rerecorded around 10-20 different sections about 3 or 4 times.
The rerecords were usually tests to see what would take the least frames to complete a given part of the level.
There is an RNG element in this game but I do not yet understand what it is.
This run would be interesting to watch because it would be nostalgic for a group of people out there and with each input being about as frame perfect as possible this makes the run fast and easy to watch.
The run also has an edge on the world record by 24 seconds which seems like a large difference and makes it impressive compared to the world record.
Everything is going as fast as possible and that is why it would be interesting to watch.

I know I shouldn't judge runs by the rerecord counter, but given the "100%" goal is usually "harder" relatively speaking than an any%, and this last 5 minutes and takes 3-4 rerecords every 10-20 sections, for all I know this is the easiest 100% goal I've ever seen (so far). Can someone please encode this? Edit: Don't have FCEUX 2.1.4 (desynced in 2.2.2) but apparently it lacks a percentage counter. Oh well.

This game again is a children's game so yes it probably is one of the easiest 100% goals ever. This is my first tas as well so I decided to do something relativity simple

Don't bother with the rules from speedrun.com, they're useless. And the branch "100%" is idiotic, this is a game where subgames loop forever. There's no percentage counter or anything that would mesure progress. Randomness is seeded on title screen, by pressing different combinations of A,B,S,T when selecting the subgame, while the subgame is loading only A,B affect RNG. This run doesn't do this.
