Wow. Even without watching the runs I can tell you and evil made a lot of good improvements to the tas. Keep it up :)
As for improvements in ICZ. The only ones I can think of right now are skipping the act 2 boss and using the stacked ice blocks to clip through the floor like in the knuckles tas.

Yeah, I didn’t make proper camera management, that was kind of intentional — I only tried to see what kind of result I can get. I’m surprised how much you saved by an extra spindash, and yeah, now it’s worth trying to do it in 0:24. Thank you once again.

(upd) fun fact is that I still messed up, as there is a faster way to boost than a spindash. Damn, lazy me :(
Anyway, it’s absolutely not easy to optimize, because the flying time is quite long, and it’s hard to predict the result of having higher speed / flying longer or having lower speed / flying shorter. It probably needs deep mathematical calculation, which is beyond my knowledge.

Here a TAS I made of this hack I did this for fun also I did TAS this hack in early 2015 in this zone But Improved my Time on it.

I decided to make a quick tas of lose Tails or else. Well you might as well call this video kill Tails or else. To make things more interesting I decided to limit myself to only killing Tails as a means of losing him.
I'll admit it could be a bit more optimal. Working with Tails' AI isn't the easiest thing to do and braking to do a spindash was kinda difficult without the Sonic hud (it doesn't work with this romhack).

EDIT: I can see why that value is set to false now. According to the hud I am currently facing 5 bosses with over 200 hp in S3&K and can see literally all the stats. I guess I'll make 2 instances of that file.
Wait I lied. I didn't get it to work. The hud is showing but none of the stats are reading correctly. It now thinks I'm ascending at ridiculous speeds. I'm pretty sure I shouldn't be messing with these files but I'm going to anyways.
EDIT: I somehow got the position values to read horizontal speed. I think it's time I stopped.
Take in mind that Sonic Hud is compatible with a small number of Sonic hacks, you can change the checksum in the script but that does not ensure that it works perfectly in all the hacks, it's the same case with solidity display.
There are 2 ways to fix it, ask marzojr to add support for these hacks in Sonic Hud thread, which I doubt because is busy because he moved to France. Or you can add it yourself if you know about scripts.

Well, that’s possible if the ROM hacker changed the RAM layout, or if you changed the wrong checksum. You should use the one for the original game, on which the hack is based.

It's no big deal. I wasn't planning on improving that tas anyways. I mainly wanted to see if I could get it to work.
besides I think it'll be better if I learned how to brake without being able to see my speed for other tool unfriendly hacks that I might tas.

So, I present you the fresh preview of the Amy@S3K TAS, which I am doing with some help from Evil_3D.
We are already 2888 frames ahead of the currently published run (real time comparasion), and there is a real chance to bring the length of the run below 100k frames :)

Well, actually, for the Sonic games we do usually count mainly the in-game time, often sacrificing the real time to save some in-game time, but, as you can easilly guess, it’s also improved. In fact, every single act of every single stage is improved by at least one frame.
The second half is going to be interesting, because it’s generally harder: what are the only SPZ2, FBZ2 or SSZ! But well, we already have enough experience to face those challenges and improve those zones as well. Stay tuned :)
Please note that I realize that my TAS is “too fast” to a level when it becomes very boring, just keep in mind that the pure speed is the primary goal of this project.

I’ve made a very quick test ring attack of Amy@S3K, just to see what it would look like. It is very dirty and very testrun, and even may have lost rings, because I made this run before I actually found out that my unloaded ring detector does not work with this hack. So, enjoy the test for now.

Recently I’ve improved MHZ1, MHZ2 and FBZ1 of mine&Evil_3D’s Amy@S3K TAS project, now I’m in FBZ2. It may take quite a while to TAS it, as it’s one of the hardest stages in the game, and TASing it involves tricky luck manipulation. It’s worth to note that I’ve discovered a new zip in this act, but I am still not sure if it helps to save time, because it leads to a totally new route, which needs testing.
FBZ2, SPZ2 and LRZ2 are pure pain to TAS.
