Thread # Has anyone thought of making a Speedrunning discord channel? If not would anyone be interrested in joining one, but if one exist I'd love to join it and see what it's all about.
I'm not a speedrunner by any sorts but one day I'd love to run multiple games and I love watching Sm64 speedruns S/O to Chesse05 and I also want to get into Sonic speedruns.

If the game is famous, there's probably a discord server for each one. What you have in mind? A google search might reveal what you want.

Well I was looking for maybe a SMW discord and a Golden Sun discord but I feel like a GS speedrun server is something I'd have to make myself.

Here's a list with a couple of them: https://pastebin.com/MznXhcB4 Still lots missing, but you can at least find SMW in there. I tried to find one for GS as well, but failed to do so. Quite often, you can find a Discord server to a game linked from the leaderboard at http://www.speedrun.com/ often in the game's forum section or resources.
