Post subject: Filming PSone games on 720p?

I was wondering if it was possible to film PSone (And Saturn) games with Bizhawk on the 1280 x 720 format? I tried recording on 1280 x 720. But the videos had black bars in them.

*960x720 1280x720 is a 16:9 ratio which is the wrong resolution for the console(s). Anyways here's the thread you want to gander at.
