Despite showing up and showing the domain when in action, the code data logger doesn't appear to work with NESHawk. Is this a bug or was it just not fully implemented? Seems like it should be working with NESHawk of all cores. It only shows the "RAM" domain and despite causing the game to lag up (it's clearly doing something) it's not populating that domain.

I was playing Holy Diver just now, and I got softlocked after the fifth boss. Normally, after the boss dies, the end of level music begins playing and the floor opens up beneath the guy on the cross and you jump down after him. However, in my situation, the music never starts up; the floor doesn't open, and I'm left trapped in the room. I've retried the fight a few more times, but I always get the same result. I'm using v2.2.2(64x), playing the game with the QuickNes core.
Nothing we can really do with QuickNES, try NESHawk.

I probably broke it somewhere along the way. If you actually need it for something you are working on, then I might try to fix it, but otherwise probably not.

SNES mouse doesn't work on some games like Mario Paint (JU) [!].smc Civilization (U) [!].smc King Arthur's World (U) [!].smc Lamborghini - American Challenge (U).smc Could we add more additionnal controllers on BizHawk's cores or nobody will use them to TAS ? (I would like to but if no coder wants to add them, I can understand) I can try to add them but not for the moment and I'll need some help.

ViGadeomes, the only game I see the point of using the mouse for is Civilization. King Arthur's World can already be TASed with the standard controller, and the alternate "shoot to destroy opponents" gameplay mode in Lamborghini - American Challenge can also be accessed with the Super Scope. Additionally, mouse control could end up being a very problematic thing to implement correctly - just ask c-square about what he had to do with JPC-rr!

I have a problem with Ane-San (MD5: 44A98A0EC2DC05695D0B2F30F2B47F40) on PC Engine, the movie file synchronizes perfectly during a simple rereading without video dumping, but desynchronizes during the video dump. (I tried with Lagarith Lossless, Microsoft Video 1, x264vfw, AVI Uncompressed, AVI Lossless and Matroska Lossless) A version of the movie file is available here I use this version of BizHawk.

I posted the same content the other day, but I also post it here. I used Bizhawk to play Baku Bomb 2 (Bomberman 64 the second attack). There were two kinds of last bosses in this game, and in both cases there was an abnormality in the attack pattern which can not be real machine. For example, when an angel is in the second form, he will launch an attack of either fire or lightning on a real machine. However, with Bizhawk, he only attacks flames. If it is an overseas ROM, he seems to be doing only thunder attacks.

This has been fixed in developer builds for a while. I think the fix is even in 2.2.1. Which version are you using?

2.2.2 Game Genie codes still don't work for Genesis 'cause I want to use the Tails follows Knuckles code for Sonic 3 & Knuckles for testing purposes.

If the game genie code affects the rom file within the system bus (most likely does), it wont work as that memory is read only. See this issue: https://github.com/TASVideos/BizHawk/issues/1188#issuecomment-388483894 You can make them work if you override the read-only on the rom domain and port the code to use that domain rather than the bus but otherwise there isn't much you can do besides use a 1.x build.

It looks like you are using gambatte. 2.2.1 had some bugs in gambatte, use 2.2.2 or preferrably the Dev Build since a lot of improvements have been made since then.

I've mentioned it to mednafen forums, but I'll echo it here: PS1 Game: Grind Session (USA) Game fails to load after leaving a Tutorial/Level and the music fails to play when ingame.

Not sure if this is the right place to report this, but the Uzebox is not listed as a supported platform on the main Bizhawk documentation page.

I've been wanting to report those for a while, but only got around to it now. Akumajou Special - Boku Dracula-kun (NES) The bottom of the screen shakes constantly at the dancing girls minigame. Savestate to get to the minigame quickly (just press A): https://www.dropbox.com/s/a3j2mk32m9cycym/Akumajou%20Special%20-%20Boku%20Dracula-kun.NesHawk.State?dl=0 Lagrange Point (NES) Similar to Dracula-kun, the bottom of the battle screen shakes constantly. Megami Tensei II - Digital Devil Story (NES) In the battle screen, there's a graphic glitch below "AUTO". SD Keiji - Blader (NES) This is a strange one. During the intro, there are two characters exchanging dialogue. In neshawk, they look like this: But in Mesen, they look completely different: Since I don't have real hardware to test, I'm not sure which one is correct. Necros no Yousai (PCE) Game crashes during the intro, making it unplayable. __________ None of the first 3 bugs exist in Mesen, and Necros no Yousai is playable in mednafen.

The first 3 look like just simple IRQ issues, I'll look into it. But I can't recall another example where different sprites are showing up, that's a new one.

This was an issue with Mesen (just fixed it w/ the latest commit) - kudos for noticing that! I'm not sure I would have noticed the difference even if I had played the game in both emulators :p

Cheat codes still won't work on some systems... I'm forced to use SNES9x and Gens to play with the on screen keyboard. For SNES9x, I set autohold to ctrl, autofire to shift, z to clear.

version: BizHawk 2.3 Atari 7800 Lightgun is not pixel perfect. There is a (16x16 or 32x32) region at the center of the screen always yielding 161,122 coordinates. Not sure if it's a bug or a feature.

Specific settings to TAS throws an argument exception. --------------------------- Fatal error: ArgumentException --------------------------- EmuHawk has thrown a fatal exception and is about to close. A movie has been detected. Would you like to try to save? (Note: Depending on what caused this error, this may or may not succeed) --------------------------- Yes No --------------------------- Since I have no idea where is the culprit, I post this bug here. version: BizHawk 2.3 required setup: - using TAStudio to open a movie file - GBHawk - Config > Speed/skip > Audio throttle Repro steps: - I believe you need to reemulate some frames to get the exception. So first you need to play a movie and replay it from a point where a non-lag frame occur. This doesn't happens with changing other factors of the requried setup like: - A7800Hawk (+tastudio +audio) - TAStudio closed (+gbhawk +audio) - using Clock throttle. (+tastudio +gbhawk)

I think I fixed it, please try the dev build. If not I'll need more specific repro steps.
