Long time ago, when I'm still play games on real devices, I know some games have ALLOW change disk while playing will help affect to game, (example Monster Rancher 2, chage disk when summon new monster), and some games will have bug/glitch if remove disk a while (example Final Fantasy 8, Selphie's limit break, freeze time for easy choice The End limit). Of course when do this, the game still running, not crash, not reset If this things possible can do in TAS, then have alot funny things to do :)

Dolphin supports disk swapping during recording (not sure about complete disc removal, with no swap however). DeSMuMe has the option to pull the cart out, but not sure if it works in recording. If Dolphin doesn't support removing the disc during the game, feel free to suggest it I guess on their git or forums.

Depends on the system. Some of the Bizhawk cores support this: You'll need to have all of the CDs selected ahead of time, but you can switch between them and even switch to ejected/empty in some cases while emulation is running

For games that require multiple discs, of course it's allowed.
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.

Regarding disc swapping mid game: it's not allowed unfortunately.

It is allowed as long as one is still loading an image for the same game, not a blank image, nor some other game. As I said, for games that require multiple disks, this is possible and allowed. http://tasvideos.org/Bizhawk/PSX.html

So, for example, in Final Fantasy VII we can swap Discs to load the wrong FMV and have a shorter one ? It would save a lot of time but I don't feel it would be correct.

Abusing this mechanic has not been discussed yet, at all. First of all, we need to make sure it's emulated absolutely accurately. Because when we abuse some glitch that heavily corrupts the game, we demand that it provides outcome in principle true to the console. Second, some people would argue that this is abusing the hardware alone, instead of abusing the software of the game that we use as is. On the other hand, we have a Reset button that can be pressed between arbitrary instructions in some emulators, and that's fair game. Third, if you are seriously considering this, we may have a global thread discussing pros and cons, with all the community welcome to participate. Discussing pros and cons together helps finding fundamental problems with such things, and with fixing them if they can be fixed. Bottomline: this is gray area for now.

Point me in that thread so I can post those links to youtube videos where people already achieves results on real hardware by cart swapping (gameboy nes genesis etc).

We don't have such a thread yet. BTW, I don't think it's even possible to accurately emulate kicking the console, pulling off the cartridge, this kind of things.
