Submission Text Full Submission Page
This is a movie recorded in Famtasia that I downloaded from somewhere awhile ago and I don't know who the author is. It shows much more and cooler tricks and glitches than the Crazy god technique movie.
Uses warps, ends at 8-1.
Abuses lots of programming errors.
Tricks and glitches abused: Going through walls, jumping on Bowser and the axe, and many more that you probably didn't know about, but I don't want to spoil it for you so that's all I'll say here.
Takes hits and uses death to show off more tricks.
Length: 11:34
Re-records: 9783
Playing speed: Unknown, but I'd guess pretty low considering the accuracy required for some of the tricks.
Why would anyone like the result? If they like SMB tricks movies.
Edit: I did some searching and found out that this movie came from this page, but I still don't know who the author is, so maybe someone who knows Japanese can ask them about it.

Bisqwit: This file is s_mario_e1.fmv from the SmbTec.lzh file which contains SMB movies made by various people. According to the text file included in the archive, this particular movie is created by エジソン電 (Ejison den?).
The collector's comment of this file is:
1-1 〜 4-2 追記で色々やってます。面白いです。
Bisqwit: Rejecting, because there doesn't seem to be a good reason to publish this movie along with the all the other Mario movies. There already exists a site that has this movie and there isn't a clear need for the AVI.

Why no fireflower? I guess there were no tricks that he wanted to do that required a fire flower.

This could probably be published if the author was actually known...

Damn kewl movie. And yes. It is ashamed that no one wants to put their author name on this. I would loved to see it published.

Someone can make their own SMB trick movie, I suppose. Include every last trick those 32 levels will let you.

Then there's a risk that someone will claim they've made it but they haven't. And I wouldn't like my work publiced without my name attached. It kinda feels wrong...
Bein' away for like five years, and not a single new post in the ZSNES forum... :'-(

The same one works as with all the other SMB1 movies at this site.

It does indeed look cool- personally I get pretty tired of the walljump. He comes up on a wall, and you can just tell he's going to do it again. I think somebody should remake this movie, with maybe a few less levels, and fewer walljumps so that when it DOES happen, you think it was cool, instead of just like every other jump that's made.

This is a complaint of someone whoat the charm of novelty doesn't apply anymore.

Even though I have no idea who made it, don't remember where I got it from, and can't find out anything about it with Google, I do remember that I got it from a site that someone linked to on the Mario Kart message board, so maybe if I post about it there then whoever linked to the site might know who made it.

http://www.geocities.co.jp/Playtown-Denei/3370/SuperTec.htm It turns out that I won't need to ask on the MK message board, I found out where it came from. It's one of the movies on this page: http://www.geocities.co.jp/Playtown-Denei/3370/SuperTec.htm That page has a lot of movies so I'll watch more of them and see if there are any more good ones. Edit: I watched some more of the movies and I don't see anything else that's worth publishing, except maybe another tricks movie with a length of 2:44 which ends at 5-2 that's also pretty cool. There's also a movie that beats the game with only 500 points, a movie that shows a glitch at the end of 1-2, a movie that shows how to jump over the flagpole in 1-1, the super baka technique movie that we've all seen already, a few LoZ movies and an AoL movie that aren't too interesting, and some other movies that I haven't watched yet. Edit 2: Bisqwit, how did you know the name of the author of warpless SMB3 movie? Edit 3: I don't know Japanese and Babel Fish's translations suck so it's very hard for me to figure this out, but if I'm understanding correctly, the name of the game is the words in yellow, and the name of the author is the word on the right on the next line, so if I'm correct about this, then the author of both tricks movies that I submitted, the 500 points movie, and the 2up movie (the pic for these is the one that says Now Printing) is 複数人 (he also called himself TokusiN in the 2up movie), the author of the warpless smb3j movie (the pic for this is the end screen) is とくしんさん (he called himself something in the movie but it's just weird symbols so I must not have the font), the author of the warpless SMB movie (the pic for this is the princess thanking Mario) who we've been referring to as Yy is わいわいさん, and the author of the super baka technique movie (the pic for this is Mario jumping on buzzy beetles) is ドーコカラキさん, though I could be completely wrong about all of this, so maybe someone like Boco should check out that page and try to figure it out (btw, do I get an award for the longest run-on sentence ever? I hope none of you happen to be English teachers :).

Multiple people, Tokushin, WaiWai (Yy), and I'm not sure on the last one... Dorko Karaki, whatever that is.
someone is out there who will like you. take off your mask so they can find you faster. I support the new Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun.
