warps/passwords: no
programming errors: some glitches on doors, hit placement on the character for smaller enemies, jumping and falling through some floors, on one boss who has a damage system similar to Dracula from Simon's Quest (tall freaky dude in the "Yellow Level with elevators")
take hit/use death: i use damage in a few instance to save time. i do not use death as a short cut
i aim for a low time using *1 character (*because the game randomly starts you out with someone upon reset, i use Beast for the first level. from then on, everything is done with Wolverine).
X-men 2: Clone Wars Um, so this time a bunch of alien stuff is taking over the world and the X-men's foes. your job is to kill the naughty alien stuff, which can replicate matter (and yes, you. hence CLONE WARS... its not just some cheesy Star Wars knock off...maybe...)
Making Movie: ahem...DESYNCING SUCKS! so when you play this movie back, have SOUND ENABLED and make sure the rate 44100. should it Desync, it will most likely happen inside the Pyramid with moving spikes. Wolvie will be hit by a spike and it goes to hell from there.
It was only difficult because of Desyncing. oh, and it randomly froze at points, so i need to download the newest version. i played mainly on 16-25% slowdown.
Personally, i dont know if this is an entertaining movie. there are still some errors (i admit them up front even though i know ill get them pointed out), but its mostly because all i do is walk back and forth or fall or fight monsters for an extended period. looking beyond that, i THINK its ok.
EXTRA (read all about it):
i use Wolverine because he is Strong and Fast. Nightcrawler is almost as agile and can teleport, but his strength isnt the same... i think. besides that, Wolverine has no Mutant Power Charge Up Bar, but can heal himself above BLINKING.
oh, and the ending is long and boring.

Desynched for me at the laserspitting running monster, but I'm voting no anyway because this is not good enough. * It is obvious that jump-slashing is faster than running, but it's not used. * The jumps don't seem very exact even at 100% speed. * Is Wolverine really the fastest ALL the time? It doesn't sound like you tested.

Desynched for me at the same spot. Around the third of fourth barrier that the Brood Queen thing smashes into, Logan just kinda sits there and gets owned. There are a few things I've noticed/have questions about. 1 - It's obvious that Logan can climb walls and such. Why wait for the elevator at the end of one of the very first levels? It's right at the end, and you sit there, slashing at nothingness while you wait for it to come down far enough to jump to. 2 - The jumping slash IS the most powerful attack he has. In addition, it moves you faster than running. Why was this not used constantly? 3 - I really don't think Wolverine is the best case for every scenario. Certainly for bosses, he's good to use, but I think someone needs to test to see how much damage each character does in any given situation. ie - Wolverine does 20 damage with his jump-slash, Gambit does 15. Something like that. >> 4 - Since you avoid quite a lot of enemies anyway, why NOT use Nightcrawler for most stages? Kurt's teleport, which I believe he has in this game, MUST be useful for certain spots... 5 - Magneto is available after you fight him. Is he slower in moving/attacking? Seems like he would be the strongest choice and thus the best for bosses. 6 - Why'd you get smacked by those bomb things when fighting Apocalypse? I thought things had desynched for me at first. Unless it speeds you up - and it didn't - flawlessness should take priority over showing off an in-game feature...and it appeared you were messing with Wolverine's auto-healing power. Good game, but the run definitely needs polishing.

Never de-synched for me. Good looking game, though the running back and forth gets a bit old at times. Jump-slashing definitely looks faster, so I think this can be improved. Also, why the heck do you let those balls hit you while you're fighting Apocalypse? It looks like you're trying to take the most damage possible without dying. A movie should look like the player has skill, so never take any unnecessary damage. I'm voting no, but it will be publishable when it's perfect.

i agree it needs work. heres the deal, i started doing this because i was bored one day. i knew there were mistakes throughout it, so i was gonna see if i could post it and get peoples opinions (i beat the Brood Queen and then Nightcrawlers Clone OWNd me) and see if i could get help. however, i forgot about it. my main concern is entertainment. its pointed out i should use the slash in the air tech but it has some slight slow down that im not sure about... it might end up being the same distance covered with the normal "run" approach. 1 - It's obvious that Logan can climb walls and such. Why wait for the elevator at the end of one of the very first levels? It's right at the end, and you sit there, slashing at nothingness while you wait for it to come down far enough to jump to. i was either too fast or too slow. i cant climb those walls for some reason i tried several times and it didnt work. and then i tried to get their faster and couldnt. i was kind of stuck on what to do. 2 - The jumping slash IS the most powerful attack he has. In addition, it moves you faster than running. Why was this not used constantly? again, wasnt sure about it. it does do something that causes Wolvie to be missed by certain attacks. perhaps i should retry it. 3 - I really don't think Wolverine is the best case for every scenario. Certainly for bosses, he's good to use, but I think someone needs to test to see how much damage each character does in any given situation. ie - Wolverine does 20 damage with his jump-slash, Gambit does 15. Something like that. >> agreed. on the outside of the pyramid i kept thinking about trying to use Nightcrawler to teleport straight up. im currently trying it with Nightcrawler. 4 - Since you avoid quite a lot of enemies anyway, why NOT use Nightcrawler for most stages? Kurt's teleport, which I believe he has in this game, MUST be useful for certain spots... again, testing this out. however, wouldnt that make it kind of easy? granted, a teleport at just the right moment would look amazing. however, it takes a moment or so between reappearances. i know what you mean, and thus, im trying Nightcrawler as we speak. 5 - Magneto is available after you fight him. Is he slower in moving/attacking? Seems like he would be the strongest choice and thus the best for bosses. he does. however, Magneto is slow. i remember him from the old days. he can levitate, but i believe he is somewhat slower and weaker overall. i didnt have much help at gamefaqs, but considering what i read in FAQs and what i could recall, Magneto sucked. it would make the game more difficult, but not in an entertaining way i think. 6 - Why'd you get smacked by those bomb things when fighting Apocalypse? I thought things had desynched for me at first. Unless it speeds you up - and it didn't - flawlessness should take priority over showing off an in-game feature...and it appeared you were messing with Wolverine's auto-healing power. um, it does speed things up. those bombs go around two or three times and it would have taken longer to beat Apocalypse. im sorry about it looking like a Desync, i had originally (before the massive desyncing of the previous level) had Wolverine pummel down on them. however, when i redid it, i was a bit peeved. it does speed things up, i assure you. it sped up the battle by about a minute or more. thank you all very much for your imput! and i agree the running back and forth gets tiresome, but some of it is game fault. when redoing, ill take slashing into consideration. and im very sorry it Desync'd. i was quite happy with my Clone Battles.
