Post subject: I can't press 3 to 4 or more buttons at the same time

I got another problem. I played this game in an SNES emulator and pressed X, A, and left arrow in the keyboard at the same time. The left arrow did not function.

D-Pad Up    = W
D-Pad Down  = S
D-Pad Left  = A
D-Pad Right = D
A           = End
B           = Delete
X           = Home
Y           = Insert
L           = Left Shift
R           = Page Down
Select      = Right Shift
Start       = Return
Or get a keyboard with n-key rollover.

On Super Mario World, I pressed Y, A, and left button at the same time. The left button isn't working. Also, I pressed right, down, and Y button at the same time. The down button isn't working.
