Post subject: EmuHawk running really slow in fullscreen

I'm running EmuHawk on a Windows 10 64-bit laptop. When I load PC Engine games, it works perfectly but the display window is the size of a postage stamp. When I expand the window even a little, the emulation slows down; if I go all the way to fullscreen, it slows to a crawl. Apologies if there is a super obvious fix to this but I'm new to Biz Hawk and haven't been able to solve it. I checked the FAQ and searched this forum but couldn't find an answer. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
