I wish there was 2 cores 1. the MelonDS core (for TASing) 2. the DeSmuME core (not recommended for TASing as some games are completely broken) I want a 2 player TAS feature if 2 Player TASing is faster than single player. The core settings are different. and DeSmuME core does not support 2p. However if the BIOS is not present, it creates a message saying you don't have the BIOS, and loads the DeSmuME core. Firmware settings will be there with my idea: Username: USER Other Stuff: Same as DeSmuME except for the quote "DeSmuME makes you happy!" is replaced with "BizHawk makes you happy!" And you can make a choice to enable the first screen upon booting up (like a real DS). If this never makes any sense to YOU moderators, then put this in the Threaded Gruefood.

melonDS is being used as the core. DeSmuME will never be entering BizHawk. HLE emulation from DeSmuME is being used for melonDS emulation. Meaning that the firmware features will be in their. Obviously this can be adjusted for whenever Arisotura makes one down the line but worth noting.
