In theory, you would check 'enable advanced bus-level timing' and uncheck 'use dynamic recompiler' since it says right there in the picture that the dynamic recompiler should not be assumed to be deterministic.

Hmm... Still desync, maybe it's because I recorded movie before these settings? (before I checked advanced bus-level timing and unchecked dynamic recompiler) But now desync appears in beginning

Only thing I can suggest is to try recording again from the start, and see if it occurs again. If it was recorded with settings that could possibly be considered desync prone, then a desync occuring when played with different settings is probably unavoidable. Alternatively, dshawk is in testing if you wanted to try testing that I guess? I don't believe there are any guarantees of it being 100% sync stable, and it also requires firmware, but it's something else that can be considered since it also gives you the ability to use tastudio.

Google bizhawk github and look at the readme on how to install it. Dshawk also has 99% of desmume hle bios implemented so this game may not require bios, but if it doesnt run without, you will need to get the bios. With dshawk, Ive done a lot of sync tests, and so far none.

How about you actually attempt to give them advise instead of pushing them to BizHawk DevBuilds. What if they wanted to create a TAS (which they are) and want to develop most of it before Hawk releases their DS and be able to port it easily (or finish it)? And how about the fact that the DS core is getting updates on upstream meaning that desyncs can occur in the DevBuilds if there's not a stable release. (BizHawk DS is also not approved yet, but that's the least of our problems.)

For pure sync stability, I recommend released Desmume builds with the appropriate settings set over the unreleased Bizhawk DS core.

Builds are there? https://buildbot.orphis.net/desmume/ Sorry for asking again. I just don't want to TAS this game again (doing it 3rd time) Sticked theme about using Desmume 0.9.9 just confusing me

No those are the DevBuilds for DeSmuME which aren't recommended if a run is completed. The actual list is found here. The reason why 9.9 is the recommended is due to the latest versions having great deal of desync issues. You having desync issues isn't a rare occurrence either but it's less than 9.10 and 9.11. You might need to drop to 9.8 or 9.7.
