Post subject: (PCEHawk) does not run most USA roms.

BizHawk 2.4.2. RomSet GoodPCE 1.09a. All (J) roms working. Most (U) roms does not work. It is just black screen or shows "bad dump" in the title. *** Found such a solution. OOtake can convert (U) bad roms into a working roms.

Goodsets are ancient rom dumps. Use No-Intro which are verified good dumps.
