Saved 165 frames over my old submission but technically I saved more than that because old movie didn't have GB bios screen.
I redone this run because I found a mistake and now console verification is now possible for GB(C) and GBA as far as I know. I used latest stable build with proper settings for this TAS. Rerecording count is much less because I reused inputs from old movie.
Only thing I changed was answering with Yes (Yep-P in the game) and attempted to buy item which wasn't buyable to let scammer hamster leave earlier. For reference, this is where I changed. (Jump to 25:00)

slamo: Yup, choosing Yes is a few seconds faster. The content is virtually unchanged, and the ratings for the older movie justify its Vault tiering. Accepting to Vault as an improvement to the previous submission.

I’m not familiar with the Hamtaro manga/anime, which has a target audience of tween girls but evidently has fairly widespread appeal. The game sold well in Japan, and Nintendo had enough faith in it to release it in America and Europe. It looks like the GBC BIOS adds about 185 frames, and so the total improvement should be about 350 frames. There is not much to say about the gameplay. Most of the game consists of hamsters talking to each other. Not that it’s trivial, it’s just lacking action. The hamsters are large and cute. But otherwise the game seems like a small step forward from Zork. Previous entertainment ratings are fairly low. People who are into it tend to like the big innocent eyes and winsome language rather than the actual game. It should stay in the Vault.

Since this is an improvement, it should be accepted, and since the entertainment level of the previous movie is fairly low, and by the author's admission this is nearly identical, I believe it should carry over the Vault rating.
