Game objectives

  • Emulator used: BizHawk v2.5.2
  • Aims for fastest time
  • Takes damage to save time
  • Category: Action
  • Category: Platform
This game is a pirated game for the Mega Drive released in Russia.
The graphics are based on the original NES game, and the sounds and the non in-game screens (e.g. Title, Continue and Game Over screens...) is quite different from the original game.
Also, there are only 10 levels and there is no bosses battle.
This run aims to break the game as fast as possible.

Nice rerecord count
I like to comment on submissions and look around the site. You have probably seen me before (if you have been around for a while) either on the site, Discord, or any other social media. I recently took up making temporary encodes for new submissions. Also, I never forget to greet Tompa wherever I find him! Ok, this is worrying The RTA record is 5:51 A blazing minute and a half faster due to some level skips that you didn't use in 4-1, 4-2, and 5-1 Next time, properly research the game you are TASing. No vote

I'd recommend not arguing this.
[16:36:31] <Mothrayas> I have to say this argument about robot drug usage is a lot more fun than whatever else we have been doing in the past two+ hours

Even on the no level skips category theres still 2 RTA runs that beat this. Edit: I hate BBCode

Those 2 videos showing they took bag warp. TAS didn't take any bag warp.

Yeah, I am confident this would get rejected simply just for not using all the tricks not shown.

I have to admit you were right when the author wrote "fastest possible" without using or mentioning any "warp". But still this TAS makes a pass for "no-warp" branch. My concern is seem like author didn't try to avoid lag: see 1:03~1:04 Milk explode lag here. And I'm not sure about the down slope, anyone able compare speed between walking down vs jumping over slope?

I am confident you are not staff so your confidence does not mean much.

User movie #67353555113938561 Super suboptimal test that's even slower in some stages than this run, but it uses the much faster RTA route that uses the in-level bag warps (similar to SMB1 pipes), the spring superjump (makes all jumps able to go as high as a max height spring jump), and three instant stage clear glitches near the end of the run. Mostly made so there's something faster/better to refer to than the RTA record. This submission can't work as an any% because it misses all three of these known tricks, it can't work as a no major skips run because it misses the warps and superjump, and it can't work as a glitchless run because it misses the bag warps.
