I improved level 45 with a new strategy.
A couple lag frames were lost on level 47 though, that level has a lot of really random lag.
Also I made it GBA mode for potential console verification.

ThunderAxe31: Judging...
ThunderAxe31: I want to note that this movie desyncs on BizHawk 2.5.2, but that's just because of file format incompatibilities. I was able to make it sync on 2.5.2 after fixing some info in the header of this movie file. So, for this movie, both 2.4.2 and 2.5.2 are perfectly accurate to the real console, as it was confirmed thanks to CasualPokePlayer.
I also want to note that this movie uses the GBCinGBA mode, which results in a shorter BIOS screen than the current publication, which used GB mode. In cases like these, the difference in length of the BIOS screen is not accounted when comparing the two movies; only actual gameplay differences are used for comparison, and since this submission features a gameplay improvement, it's considered a proper improvement.
Movie contents are almost the same, so this should inherit the same tier as the current publication.
Accepting for Moons as an improvement over [4275] GB The Bouncing Ball by KiwiCracker, brunovalads in 08:23.96.

Encode: Link to video I'm very glad that you could find improvement on level 45, i never liked that ending where the ball missed the heart. Also colours look much better with GBC mode, thanks. I'm excited to see the console verification.

Ah nice. I remember your submission before and its amazing to see this in a frame war. You always put extreme effort into your TASes and that makes it easy for me to vote Yes!
I recently discovered that if you haven't reached a level of frustration with TASing any game, then you haven't done your due diligence. ---- SOYZA: Are you playing a game? NYMX: I'm not playing a game, I'm TASing. SOYZA: Oh...so its not a game...Its for real? ---- Anybody got a Quantum computer I can borrow for 20 minutes? Nevermind...eien's 64 core machine will do. :) ---- BOTing will be the end of all games. --NYMX

At first, it seemed to be a linear game and trivial to TAS, but after a few levels it showed more complexity. Nice run and yes vote.
