Hey, I have been trying to play some SM64 romhacks, but a good chunk of them appear vertically mirrored, making it basically unplayable. I have tried using different ROMs, different patchers, to no avail. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and is there a solution for it? Thanks

Could you provide a list of the rom hacks that cause this behavior? Also, what version of BizHawk, and which N64 core, are you using?

I am using version 2.8 of BizHawk, the core is Mupen64Plus, and the romhacks I had trouble with were: Super Mario 64 Maker: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jn8o9JSfOow&t=2s Portal Mario 64: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KkJ5GiPIaNA Super DK64: video with link was taken down all of these hacks are by Kaze Emanuar

Have you tried using the Ares core instead? It's much more accurate than mupen.

Changing the core to Ares either just freezes (ares (performance)) or outright crashes BizHawk (ares (accuracy)) when I load a romhack (it runs sm64 fine though)
